How The Rental Process Works
Fill out the reservation form on the contact page.
We send you an email confirming availability, pricing, and pick-up/drop-off location for your requested dates.
Reply to our email to confirm your reservation.
The Start Date of your reservation is pick-up day. You meet us at the pick-up location in Burlington, ON to collect a bike bag, show your photo ID, sign the rental agreement and finalize payment (credit card only).
Travel and have the time of your life riding your own bike at a world class biking destination.
The End Date of your reservation is return day. Return the bike bag to us at the drop-off location in Burlington, ON, and we refund your security deposit.
Tip: remember to give yourself time to pack/unpack before and after your trip. Include that extra time in your requested rental period.
